Flatworms
(Phylum Platyhelminthes) are the simplest of the bilaterally symmetrical
animals, are paper thin, and have their tissues organized into real
organs and organ systems. Among these systems are a central nervous
system with a brain. Free-living marine flatworms are all in the
Class Turbellaria. Most are carnivores.
