In addition to laboratory activities, there are several assignments in this class. Assignments are graded by your instructor. You DO NOT have to turn in an assignment for a unit before you can take the test for that unit. [However, you MUST do all the laboratory activities for a unit before you can take the test for that unit.]

Check your syllabus or the deadlines page for the Deadlines for your assignments. All assignments must be turned in on or before these dates.

A few days after you turn in an assignment, check back at the Front Desk of the Biology Learning Center to get your graded assignment back.

The following units have assignments.

• Unit 6, Step 3: World Fisheries (12 points)
• Unit 12, Step 2: Food Webs (12 points)

• Unit 6, Step 4 : Eating Fish (up to 6 points)
• Unit 11, Step 3: Playing God in a Tide Pool (up to 6 points)
• Unit 12, Step 3: Coastal Zone Food Web (up to 6 points)

Please don't forget to initial and date the Assignment Check-In sheet at the front desk when you turn in your assignments.
